AI Resync retimes an existing SRT to the audio, adds missed speech and removes subtitles that do not match the audio. The original version is kept so you can compare it with the result.

It rebuilds lines by sentence or into 1, 2 or 3 lines using your limits for characters, reading speed and duration.

AI output is a draft for your team to check. Review language, timing, speaker attribution and delivery requirements. Manual SDH tools are available; automatic sound tagging and automatic SDH speaker labels are coming soon.

You can manually assign speakers and edit subtitle text for an SDH track. Automatic sound tags, automatic SDH speaker labels and new subtitles on speaker changes are coming soon. A specialist should review the track against the delivery requirements.

Add a vendor with their working languages, then assign a specific language version with a deadline, note and AI hours allowance. The invitation leads to a vendor portal, where the specialist can accept and submit the task.

Team workspaces have no seat limits. Owners, managers and members share an AI hours balance, with member limits available. Vendor tasks can have their own allowance and permissions.

One editor works on a version at a time; others can see the changes live and take over when it is free. Clients can review or edit through a version link without an account. Add a password or expiry and revoke the link when needed.

Versions are grouped by language, with the latest marked and creation and edit times visible. Share or assign a specific version. Project termbases hold up to 100 terms per list and guide transcription; they do not currently guide translation.

Videos are deleted after 30 days, while subtitle versions are kept. Retention dates are shown for each file. Customer content is not used to train the platform’s own AI models. See the Privacy Policy for data-handling information.
